Since childhood, Mandy Lile, the founder of Potency №710 has had a gift for taking an ugly situation and making it beautiful. Unfortunately, thanks to draconian cannabis prohibition, Mandy’s late father spent much of her childhood incarcerated on cannabis charges. This is without a doubt something that fuels her fire to change the stigma surrounding this plant, and she is doing so through beauty. It is this force and the intentions that she puts into the products Potency offers that stands them apart from the rest making it more than a brand, but rather a lifestyle. A lifestyle of selfcare powered by nature and higher intentions.

If you know Mandy, you know that she always has the higher good of all in mind. This can be seen through not just the products Potency offers but through Mandy’s actions and the community that she has built. Speaking of the higher good, Potency recently released their latest product, a carefully-formulated, sexy, sophisticated, luxury full-body moisturizer with potent concentrations of Cannabidiol (CBD) and Cannabigerol (CBG), as well as aphrodisiac ingredients intentionally named Higher Good. But the product itself isn’t the focus of the next part of this story, it is the soul and energy that surrounds its very creation.

On December 10, 2021, what was described as a violent, long-tracked EF4 tornado caused disastrous damage in Mandy’s hometown and several neighboring communities. In total, 57 angels were called home that day and an additional 515 injured. For the first time in several years, Mandy happened to be in Kentucky when this tornado hit as her father had just passed away a short time prior. Laying in the basement of her mother’s house, with her father’s ashes she somehow found comfort in knowing her dad was once again putting her in a sketchy situation despite his passing.

In the days to come, Mandy helped countless families in the community. Some through providing a kind word, others by offering a sense of normality through providing the simple amenities of selfcare products. She also rallied her network and together they donated thousands of dollars’ worth of products and…
